I've been doing a bit of research, but there aren't a lot of sources, so I'll have to use of little creative liberty. There's a lot of information about possessed items, or vessels; heck, you get any large number of old or well-loved items together, they'll produce some level of energy. But despite the mass source materials for things living IN houses, there's a surprising lack of resources on buildings that live, or houses that produce that same energy that a bunch of antiques do.

I'm working out the chronological-timeline and characters, as well as a few story events I want to make sure to include, although I'm not sure where.
Right now, I'm looking for name suggestions because I hate all the ones I picked. I need a gender-neutral name for the MC, a name for a detective and like three other characters. Their place in the story doesn't matter, but I just hate the ones I gave them.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

What about a relevant word in Icelandic? Like google translate says "breyt" is change or "hetja" is hero.

Theres also this website which is a big list of Icelandic names.
